In Montreal, cancellations are free until 24 hours before the appointment. Rescheduling is free up to 8 hours before the appointment. Changes made after that are subject to a 50% charge. No-shows or last minute cancellation are subject to a 100% charge.

For traveling intensives, and NeuroMovement in France, please note a credit card will be required to secure bookings. Cancellation will be free up until 3 days before the first appointment, subject to a 50% charge until 1 day before the appointment, and a 100% charge for no-shows.
